West Side Ahavath Achim Congregation
Address: 845 Columbus Avenue, New York, NY 10025
Year Organized: 1895
Aux Societies: Sick Benefit, Brotherhood
Notes: The address given in the Jewish Communal Register (1917/1918) is 845 Ninth Avenue. But this is a non-existent address. Columbus Avenue is a continuation of Ninth Avenue, so it seems likely that 845 Columbus Avenue is the intended address. The 1907/1908 American Jewish Year Book lists Ahavath Achim, West Side Hebrew Congregation located at Ninth Avenue and 55th Street.
